What does Tradio do?
Tradio is an end-to-end textile and apparel sourcing partner for global brands. We match you to the right pre-audited factory, manage sampling and production, run three-stage quality control, and handle compliance documentation - one partner across the whole process instead of a chain of intermediaries.
How is Tradio different from a traditional sourcing agent?

Getting started
How do I get started with Tradio?
Fill in the Get Started form as either a brand or a factory - it routes to the right team. If you already know your product, fabric, and quantity, you can go straight to a quote request instead.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
300 pieces per style. Orders below that still get a response - we'll tell you honestly whether we can find a path, or suggest a phased programme as you grow.
How do I get a quote, and how long does it take?
Submit your product, fabric, and quantity via the quote form. Our sourcing team reviews every request and emails a firm price within 24 hours - no automated calculator, no instant estimate.
Is there a cost to request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote is free, and there's no obligation to proceed once you receive it.

How does Tradio ensure quality control?
A three-stage system: inline inspection at 20% production, a formal AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing, and a pre-shipment check before the container is sealed. See how our QC actually works.
What happens if a defect passes Tradio's QC?
We absorb the rework or replacement cost - not the brand. That accountability is the incentive that keeps our QC team rigorous, rather than a contractual nicety.
What certifications do Tradio's factories hold?

How is pricing determined?
Manually, by our sourcing team, based on current factory costing - deliberately not an automated model. We think pricing is a judgement call, not a data-extraction task. See where we do and don't use AI for more on that reasoning.
Is Tradio's pricing transparent?
Yes - open-book costing with every line (fabric rate, CMT, trims, fee) visible upfront, no undisclosed factory rebates or margins layered on top.
