Sourcing Coordinator

Jaipur, Rajasthan·Full-time - On-site

Own factory relationships and quality across our Rajasthan cluster - TNA ownership, vendor coordination, and floor-level QC.

Native to the Jaipur / Rajasthan region is mandatory. Deep local factory relationships and language fluency matter more than a resume line here.

What You'll Do

Plan and own the TNA calendar for every order on our proprietary tech
Identify, onboard, and manage factory relationships within your region
Run quality checks on the floor, including pre-dispatch inspections, and flag issues early
Manage customer escalations and chase on-time delivery, our key metric

What We're Looking For

2+ years in apparel merchandising or quality control
AQL inspection standards knowledge - must have
Buying house or QC agency background - a plus
Strong on costing, Excel, vendor coordination, and fabric checks
Comfortable traveling to factories regularly, learns fast, operates independently
